This session is tailored to your organisation and educates leaders and teams on what the legislation requires and how to assess and control psychosocial risks in a practical, compliant way.
Let’s talk about imposter syndrome!
It happens to us all and we can often be our own worst enemy. Tam will give you an honest recount of her own experience and the strategies she uses to overcome that little voice that tells you you can’t do it.
Every business is different and so are Tam’s workshops. Working closely with your team, Tam will discuss your workplace’s needs and build bespoke corporate wellbeing workshops to reflect your unique requirements.
